Children in Need
The ultimate focus of the tap dancing class portrayed in Richard Harris' "Stepping Out", is a charity concert in aid of a children's charity. So when we discovered that our production dates for this ever popular piece coincided with the BBC's Children in Need appeal we felt that our production should contribute to this very worthwhile charity. We therefore pledged the proceeds from our programme and refreshment sales throughout the short tour and took up a collection from our audiences.
The result of our joint efforts was the sum of £732 and we wish to thank all of our audience members who contributed so generously.
